Organizing the skills development of its employees is an indispensable and unavoidable device.

At INSA Hauts-de-France, students have the opportunity to complete their internship abroad during their course.

The Corporate Relations, Continuing Education, and Work-Study Department (REFCA):

• accompanies companies in their recruitment and is dedicated to the follow-up of students who choose work-study,
• helps employees and job seekers with their retraining projects

Many opportunities for collaboration were explored

Since September 2021, the training offer has evolved into IUT : the course of study is done in 3 years, and delivers a Bachelor of Technology University degree.

As part of a Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE)

The alternation is a training rhythm that allows the development of theoretical and practical skills (in training) and their application in the professional world (in the company).

Companies will pay their remaining apprenticeship tax (13%) directly to INSA Hauts-de-France (before the end of May 2022). 

An essential resource for the institute's development and outreach, the apprenticeship tax helps maintain and improve the level of training, in line with the needs of the professional world
