The "Doctorat Handicap" campaign is a strong axis of the inclusion policy led by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, in partnership with higher education institutions. It aims to promote the pursuit of studies at the doctoral level of students with disabilities.

The Institute of Societies and Humanities, ISH student associations and Afev Valenciennes are mobilizing to help students in need.
