The Laboratoire d'Automatique, de Mécanique et d'Informatique industrielles et Humaines, LAMIH UMR CNRS 8201, has been conducting research on disability for over 15 years. In January 2020, LAMIH created the transversal axis Human Mobility and Disability (MH2) with the aim of addressing societal challenges.

As part of their final year in the Mechanical Engineering degree program, 4 students created a cat tree, which they donated to the Marly SPA.
