Graduation ceremony - Class of 2025 - INSA Hauts-de-France
On Saturday, March 28, 2025, INSA Hauts-de-France celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2025, held at the Cité des Congrès in Valenciennes.
Nearly 2,000 guests gathered to celebrate the success of the 766 new graduates at a first joint Engineers/Masters ceremony, rich in emotion and pride.
A ceremony under the sign of commitment and community
The ceremony featured speeches by Abdelhakim Artiba, President of Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, and Jean-Christophe Popieul, Director of INSA Hauts-de-France, who emphasized the importance of this event for every student.
Usually separate, the Engineers and Masters ceremonies were this time reunited for the first time, symbolizing the versatility of career paths within our institute and highlighting the particular DNA of our INSA, which trains bachelors, masters and engineers in a balanced way.
Christophe Michaud, Director of the Stellantis site in Valenciennes and sponsor of the Class of 2025, invited the graduates to give meaning to their career path, recalling the commitment and vision needed to succeed, through the metaphor of the three stonemasons.
Izaak Aubert-Mécibah (president of the BDE, 2024-2025 term) and Anelly Amo (vice-president of the INSA Alumni Hauts-de-France Association) shared the pride of the student community, highlighting the atmosphere and strength that unite the Institute's students, now graduates and for some alumni, within a growing community.
