INSA Hauts-de-France Graduation Ceremony
Promotion 2025, INSA Hauts-de-France invites you to your graduation ceremony at the Cité des Congrès in Valenciennes from 12:30 pm. In the evening, at 7pm, the INSA Hauts-de-France Gala will take place; an edition placed under the theme: Atlant'INSA - under the ocean, organized by the student association NUIT INSA.

📅 Registration schedule via email
Your attendance at the Graduation Ceremony is subject to registration.
The official invitation will be sent to you by e-mail in the last week of January 2026. Several reminders will be sent during February.
The registration deadline is March 8, 2026. After this date, it will no longer be possible to confirm your attendance or that of your companions.
✅ Important points
- Registration required via the link in the invitation email.
- Each graduate can be accompanied by 2 people maximum, also registered.
- Piece of identification required for graduation.
📍 Practical info
Location : Cité des Congrès, 1 esplanade des Rives Créatives, Anzin.
Free parking on site. Easily accessible also by public transport.
Changing rooms on site for graduates only.
📆 Ceremony program
This year, the Graduation Ceremony will be common to both Engineering and Masters graduates.
1:15pm: Ceremony begins (NEF, first floor) - Entrance 2: graduates / Entrance 1: -accompanying persons (see map at bottom of page)
Doors will open at 12pm. We invite graduates and their companions to be present as early as possible in order to access the ceremony room in the best conditions.
4pm to 6pm: Cocktail reception (HALLE, first floor)
Gala: an evening with the theme: Atlant'INSA - under the ocean
