To the Thesis Advisor and the Chair of the Examination Committee

Pursuant to Order No. 2020-351 of March 27, 2020, regarding the organization of exams and competitive examinations during the health crisis resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, and pursuant to the decree of October 27, 2020, remote thesis defenses (either partially or entirely remote) are currently permitted with the approval of the University President.
To facilitate the practical organization of remote thesis defenses, please review the following information.

At the end of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the European University Campus was held on June 30, 2022, at the Palais des Congrès in Versailles, France.

Two student organizations are active within the Doctoral School: “DOC’UP,” whose main goal is to bring together and connect all UPHF doctoral students, and the BDL, the LAMIH Doctoral Student Office.
