Gender equality in the workplace

INSA Hauts-de-France publishes its Egalité Professionnelle 2024 index, a key tool for measuring the pay gap between women and men and highlighting the concrete actions taken to promote gender equality within the establishment.

This index enables INSA Hauts-de-France to assess its progress on major issues such as diversity, inclusion and career development. It reflects the efforts made to guarantee real equality in all aspects of professional life, in line with legal criteria.

The index is based on the INSA Hauts-de-France's commitment to diversity, inclusion and professional development.

This commitment is also reinforced by an ambitious action plan. On June 25, 2024, the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, of which INSA is a component establishment, adopted its multi-year plan for professional equality 2024-2026. The fruit of collective work with all stakeholders in the university community, this plan sets concrete objectives and priority actions to promote ever more effective and lasting equality.
